“Michalakis Travel” is the continuation of “Aegean” agency, founded in Piraeus in July 1977 and had general shipping works as its main occupation. Stelios Michalakis, captain of merchant marine, has been the power and the moving spirit of the agency. In 1980 our agency started taking part in the field of general tourism, mainly in ticket issuing (coastal and plane tickets). Firstly, sets out with various collaborations and later on took an active part in the field of general tourism. In 1988 it became a general tourism agency with company’s name “Michalakis Travel”. Two years later, in October 1990, has become a member of the IATA as a reward for its consistent and responsible presence in the area of plane tickets.

Since than, we have been offering our services to all our customers, either individuals or organized groups (marine and commercial companies, cultural associations etc.) in a responsible and friendly way.

Trying to offer the best services to our travelers, we use various means such as on-line booking systems and other modern means, however we mainly count on our manpower. Driven by this point of view, we have expanded our action into organized trips, cruises, hotels booking and anything that has to do with traveling and tourism.
